Dr. Stone is a clinical psychologist with extensive training and practice in time-limited, evidence-based therapies for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Insomnia, and depression. These treatments are tailored to each individual’s needs but typically offer a more structured, active approach compared to traditional talk therapy. They often work quickly and effectively, sometimes within a few weeks or months. If a less structured approach to therapy is preferable, Dr. Stone also has training and experience with various therapeutic modalities to treat trauma, depression, anxiety, and general life stressors. She works collaboratively with her clients to find an approach to treatment that meets their unique needs and preferences.
