The path to true physical health and well-being goes beyond simply "dieting" or losing weight. It requires lifestyle changes that are meaningful, enjoyable, and sustainable. We offer health coaching to help you make those changes and maintain them in the long-term. Health coaching is available in conjunction with psychotherapy or by itself, depending on your needs.
